Its subsidiary, Abbeyfield UK own 20 care homes in the UK, including Brown's Field House in Cambridge. Brown's Field House is a care home for older people, providing personal care, including dementia care. In the CSCI inspection in 2007 it received a 3* (excellent) rating. This home accommodates 27 residents in 25 single and 1 shared rooms (5 en suite). Available for long stay or for trial visits, there are organised activities, a garden, mobile hairdressing services etc.
