Dunmow Blind and Housebound Social Club
About the Club
The Dunmow Blind and Housebound Social Club is a social club for blind and housebound people. We meet at the Dunmow Day Centre in Great Dunmow from 2.15 - 4.15 pm on alternate Tuesdays between March and July, and September and December. Transport can be provided to and from the club at a cost of £1.
The club arranges a guest speaker or entertainment for each meeting, and normally arranges an outing in the summer and Christmas lunch.
The annual membership is currently £5, and members pay 50 pence for each meeting, which covers tea and biscuits and a raffle ticket.
